Thank you for your interest in the Baldwin County Office of Purchasing.
The Office of Purchasing’s overall mission is to provide centralized procurement of all goods and services for all offices under the direction of the Baldwin County Commission, ensuring the proper quantity, quality, price and timely delivery consistent with the needs of the County. This mission also includes fostering broad-based competition with integrity, while administering the purchasing laws and providing effective stewardship to the County taxpayers.
