Effective January 1, 2012, Alabama Code Section 36-20, pertaining to Notary Publics will change and become law: - All Notary Publics will be commissioned “State at Large”
- The Notary Bond requirement will increase from $10,000 to $25,000
Baldwin County Notary Public filing fee will remain $21.00 |
