Planning & Zoning DepartmentThe Baldwin County Planning & Zoning Department was established in 1996 to oversee the County’s growth management activities. This includes administration of the County's land development regulations and management and implementation of various community development and economic development policies and programs. In addition, the department provides staff support for the Baldwin County Planning and Zoning Commission and the various Boards of Adjustment in the zoned areas. The Bay Minette and Fairhope Planning & Zoning Offices have been relocated to the 4th floor of Central Annex II in Robertsdale. The building is located at the intersection of Hwy 59 and Hwy 104.
