The Baldwin County Revenue Commissioner position is a 6-year term publicly elected office. Teddy J. Faust, Jr.'s term as the Baldwin County Revenue Commissioner became effective October 1, 2009. Faust is lifelong resident of Baldwin County. He graduated from Fairhope High School and received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance from the University of South Alabama. Before being elected as Baldwin County's Revenue Commissioner he served as a Certified Real Estate Appraiser with R.L. Farmer & Co. for 15 years. Faust is married with one daughter.

Mrs. Wiggins began her work with the Baldwin County Revenue Commission in 1987 as a data entry clerk. She has since been promoted several times to become the supervisor of the assessment department. Mrs. Wiggins is a lifetime resident of Baldwin County is married and has 2 children and 4 grandchildren. |

Mrs. Jones worked in the banking industry for over 10 years before beginning her career with the Baldwin County Revenue Commissioners office in 1997. Mrs. Jones served as bookkeeper and several other positions until she was promoted to Department Administrator in 2004. Mrs. Jones resides in Bay Minette is married and has 2 children. |

Chief Appraiser - Walt Lindsey |
Mr. Lindsey began his work with the Baldwin County Revenue Commission in 2008. He is State Certified, served as a fee appraiser in Baldwin County from 1983-2008 when he was promoted to his current position as Chief Appraiser. Mr. Lindsey currently resides in Baldwin County is married with 2 children and 2 grand children. |

Mrs. Phillips began her career with the Baldwin County Revenue Commission in 1983. She received her Alabama Certified Mapper designation, and was promoted to Mapping Supervisor in 1987. She has served in her position as Administrator of Mapping/GIS since 1998. She currently resides in Baldwin County is married with 4 children and 11 grandchildren. |
